“It is now some four years since I came to see you with very bad back pain, so severe that at times I had to move about my home on my hands and knees.
The first operation I had (a Laser Discectomy) appeared to be having a good effect until I sneezed some weeks later, and it seemed to undo all the good work. However, with your guidance I underwent another operation in March, 1996 which was a posterior wall reconstruction.
This to date has been a marvellous success and I am now able to live a more comfortable and less aggressive life (backache making you feel so short tempered and miserable), so much so, that I am now able to play my favourite pastime (Golf) two or three times a week. Although I cannot claim that my back is perfect, the difference is so unbelievable.”
