“I was in severe and debilitating pain due to degeneration of my lumbar disc L4/5, and in 1999 I had a consultation at The Spinal Foundation, after which, Mr knight carried out the ELF procedure. I was up and dressed by 9am the next morning, totally pain-free and went back to work within 2 weeks. I am still pain-free (5 years later) and enjoying what one could call an ACTIVE lifestyle.
